About Me

I studied Nutritional Therapy for three years at The College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying with a distinction.

I now specialise in supporting women who are experiencing challenges related to hormonal health and overall wellbeing, using a holistic and evidence-based approach.

I regularly work with women dealing with PCOS, PMS, irregular cycles, acne, low energy, mood changes, poor sleep, stress, and digestive issues such as bloating.

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed by conflicting information online, and want to get to the root cause rather than just manage symptoms, I’d love to help.

“Sophie has been a game-changer for my health, offering personalised and realistic advice that has improved my energy, digestion, and overall well-being, even with my demanding schedule. Her non-judgmental approach has empowered me to make positive, lasting changes, and I can’t recommend her enough.”
Hannah

“I was really struggling with migraines. I have done for most of my life, but particularly after the birth of my children my symptoms had changed and they had become more frequent. Since working with Sophie, I have noticed a reduction in migraines as well as symptoms. Sophie helped me focus and provided a clear explanation of what foods/supplements I needed help with. She was also very patient and on hand with my WhatsApp support. I felt that Sophie really listened to my lifestyle and provided realistic changes that I can integrate and build from.”

Sarah
“I feel 100 percent better than I have since I was 17. Sophies approach is very thorough, she is very knowledgeable. I found it easy to follow and if I had a question at all Sophie was happy to help. My stomach will always be sensitive but the transformation has been amazing!”

How I help balance hormones

I use Nutritional Therapy to help my clients regain hormone balance and improve their health by addressing the root cause of symptoms.

We start with a thorough case history so that I can understand your symptoms. We will look closely at both your diet and lifestyle so that we can create a personalised plan.

Functional tests such as blood or urine tests can also be used to provide a more detailed insight into your health, how your body systems are functioning, and to identify the optimal nutrition and lifestyle plan for you.

Together, we will track your progress and continue to optimise the plan to ensure continued progression.
